Ashton was amazing. He's the only reason I didn't pick my car up on day 1 and take it somewhere else. Otherwise, an appointment should mean something to Akins. It clearly does not. My time is valuable and I feel that Akins really does not care about it's customer's in that respect. This is not the 1st time I have been treated this way by your company,but it will be the last. If my vehicle can not be serviced the day I drop it off ( literally a 2 hour job ) you should not hold it for 4 days until you can get to it. That's what appointments are for. I feel that my inconvenience meant nothing to Akins, you made your money from me anyway. My fault for giving you a second chance. There will be no third. You should give my advisor credit for his cool head and ability to defuse customer's dissatisfaction. Shame on you for putting your people in that situation.
