Very disappointed to see that the price of my oil change/ tire rotation went up $20!!! That is quite a jump. I live pay check to paycheck and it is a stretch. Working this into the budget is a big deal for me. Probably not you... but me yes.

Nice work fixing the issue! Now, as for Akins, in less than 48 hours, you converted me from walking away to giving you a chance to win my business again. You delivered fast results, and most importantly, enabled my wife to show me her beautiful smile! Justin (sales) knows what I am going to start shopping around for, as well as the deal I'm looking for. Vanessa (service) is top notch! As I mentioned on the phone today to Justin, and then later on to the line manager in service, I don't want the mechanic who worked on my wife's jeep in any trouble in any way, shape, or form, due to the issue with the Jeep. Everytime I come to Akins I feel like I’m treated like I’m the only customer. & I will never go anywhere else for anything for my auto, & all the staff was so helpful & kind, & they washed my car today & the inside of it was cleaned as well, & I got to talk to Brad for a little bit today, & he asked me how I was doing, & I said great, & he talked about his precious grandchildren & daughters, & he always remembers my husbands kindness, & sad of his passing, all I can say is thank you to everyone at Akins, for you all have a SERVANTS HEART ??.
