It is incomprehensible that I had to come out of my pocket for something I had the vehicle in the shop for under warranty 3 times. So the plan is to just keep resetting the computer until the warranty runs out so we can charge for the diagnostic and labor. That’s a pretty good scam y’all have going on there. Yeah, Jeep Wave is reimbursing me but I have to wait for that. The way I see it, that’s theft. I am not AT ALL impressed with the treatment I have received at either of these dealerships. I know I am just a blip on your radar and people will continue to buy Jeeps but as for me, you’ve lost a customer, my family, and EVERYONE I talk to in the future will know exactly how I was treated. I am sure it doesn’t mean anything to you but if I can prevent one of my family members or one of my veteran brothers from making the same mistake I did putting my faith in MOPAR obviously misplaced loyalty. I will be rethinking my vehicle manufacturer in the future.
