Vanessa was 100% great! She kept in contact with me throughout the 3 plus weeks my 2023 Jeep PHEV Wrangler was in the shop. Unfortunately the power side rail repair took much longer than she expected and the USB port that was replaced still did not work after I picked up the Jeep. Next time I come in for service I will let you try again for the 3rd time to repair the console USB port. The one in the dashboard works fine. D we been using the $30 Apple cord did not resolve the problem. I love my Jeep and am glad to have it back.
