The most awesome customer service from the oil change to the nice man putting the battery in my remote at the parts store. That’s why we bought a 2017 and a 2020 Ford Explorer from you guys it’s because of the service that you provide from a replacement vehicle when my car has to be worked on for whatever reason to the excellent customer service from the front desk to the people that check you in to the parts department. Thank you for giving me the comfort of having good service.

I came in for my scheduled appointment at 0930 for 4 new tires only. I was told it would only take a few hours so that is how I planned my day. I had to keep checking with the customer service rep and he never would give me a clear answer on how long it was going to take. At 1130, he told me that they had changed my oil. I told him I only came in for tires and he said he would comp the oil change and it should only be another hour. At 1230, I went looking again and was told it would be another hour at least. I had to rent a car and go to Gainesville to take care of some business that I had planned based on the original schedule. When I finally got my truck at 345 that afternoon, I noticed that the oil filter was the same as the one I had put on last oil change and when I checked the oil, it was black and not fresh.
So it took 7 hours to change 4 tires and not change my oil. No communication and terrible deciptive service. You lost a customer over that mess.
