I loved that my pick up and drop off driver were very accurate on their timing and also communication. I just think the texting app does not communicate well with the personnel in the building. I had to call two times to make sure that I had to have my car locked up at 0830 and be back at my job before I got off at 1630. I also tried to call several times to the service department to ask when someone would be bringing my vehicle back once I received the text that my car was ready for pick up. It went straight to voicemail 3 times before someone answered the phone. I loved that I could pay on the app instead of over the phone.
