I don’t like your new process of being forced to use electronic payments and that process. It took two hours for a simple oil change. I got a phone call from Ethan instead of an in person visit. I think it’s rude to take phone calls in a public setting but was forced to do so in this environment. When I finally paid my bill electronically - I saw my truck sitting outside of the service bay. So I walk over to it. No key. No paperwork. Then I see Ethan coming to me with the paper work. The key was apparently left at the desk where one would normally pay as I have done for the last 8 years. I also had the pleasure of enduring some person asking for everyone’s attention two occasions to tell customers waiting on their vehicle to pay from their phone unless they were paying by check or cash - and then in that case go to the cashier. When I spend money with any business please keep it personal and simple. Enough with the technological advances to save you money but at my inconvenience.

When I picked up my car, the check engine light was as still on. We had to bring it back in for them to reset to turn the engine light off. Then they reset the engine, the radio stopped working. So we set up an appointment to bring it in on the Wednesday We brought it in and when we went to pick it up, they said the reset the radio, when we picked it up on Wednesday, the radio still wasn’t working. Do people not trouble shoot their work anymore? A reset on my car radio didn’t work so now we are waiting for a rental to take my car back.

Charles was very helpful. I really appreciate his candor when telling me what was wrong with my vehicle. He sympathized with me about the cost but explained the need for the repairs very sincerely. He kept me updated as to the status of the repairs as well so I did not feel that I needed to ask.
