Was told I needed to make an appointment if I wanted anything checked on my car during my oil change and that y’all were booked for at least 3 weeks out. I’ve never experienced that and I’ve been using and buying from y’all for years. I wasn’t trying to get anything fixed today but I did want a possible leak checked out and a check engine light. When I picked up my vehicle I did not receive the normal paperwork that I’m use to receiving that had all the information on it of what y’all did and found. Was just given a white piece of paper of payment. So I have no idea what even happened to my vehicle today. I also received a text saying I can click on it and see what was done and what technician found but when I click on it, it shows nothing of what was done or found. Never had a disappointing experience with Akins until today so I’m very disappointed that I have now.
