Noah did an excellent professional job, but Ford’s response to a very known transmission problem was totally unacceptable. I had to bring my vehicle in 3 separate times and on my third time I waited TWO MONTHS AND 8 DAYS for Ford to finally admit my transmission was bad and get it fixed. Pleased with people I dealt with but VERY VERY disappointed and frustrated with Ford’s lack of responsibility for fixing THEIR problem. I would love to speak with the “professionals” at Ford who make these decisions.

Ethan was amazing. I’ve been having an issue with my auto stop/start for about 18 months now and it appears he knew exactly what to do to fix it. It seems to be working as it should now but I’ve only driven it once since it was “fixed”. Only time will tell but I believe replacing the battery has corrected the issue. I’m so impressed with Ethan’s knowledge and he was also very kind and helpful. He’s a GREAT tech and a huge asset to your dealership. Please don’t let him get away!!! ????

Also we always use synthetic blend so it was quite a shock to pay over 200.00 for an oil change. On top of that we were not due for an oil change for 2500 miles. And we were told our vehicular was ready to pick up today. We arrived and it was not ready.
