Committed time was 3 days , it took 5 days & it took 3 phone calls and 2 texts to get David Akins involved and it was completed by the end of that day. I’m convinced that the tech push my car to the end of the line because it does not pay as much as the other work assigned to him. I have a new car bought from Akins. I want to use Akins for the service. One more opportunity other wise I go somewhere else.

My car is still running hot and since January of 2023 we have had issues with this car and service department. I picked up my car on 7/15/23 for the 4th service this year. Issues were not addressed and we have been strung along so Akins would not have to adequately address the issues under the warranty period. The service department always says it is fixed, but by now I can bet this car will be back in the shop in two months or less. Management has tried to be fair to cover the labor and parts this past go around, but issues are still not fixed.
