I had been emailed 2 coupons for free oil change and balance of tires
I gave this to the gale at checkout
But I was still charged on my invoice .
Disappointing , even after I asked .
In addition I was charged twice for additional shop supplies .
Totaling just shy of $100
What possible ship supplies are there for oils changes and rotation of tire and front end balance .
After I am already charged for all parts ….
I feel like i’m being price gouged when charging this fees ans Sometimes twice .
Please do note that I like and trust Erica roe , I think she’s super nice and is doing a great job for Aikens!!!!
