Will was fantastic. He welcomed me to the dealership and was most cordial in explaining that he would pull my cars records to find out what was left on my warranty for my car. I was taken in quickly and escorted to the waiting area.the car was serviced quickly and cleaned after. They were all wonderful!

Will was terrific. But it is not a good idea to have the customers go to the service lane to pay. What is wrong with the regular cashier stations inside? Why did I and others have to stand around and wait for a lane employee to be ready to check us out? No, I don’t want to pay on an app. I want a printout of the receipt and to look it over. Bring back the cashiers. This was ridiculous. Standing in the lanes with cars going by instead of paying in clean air and comfort inside. BAD IDEA!!!
