Problem was the alternator. I've had several alternators out on the vehicle and so they did some deep checking to see if they could determine the cause. Whereas I appreciate the effort, they kept my vehicle for 2.5 weeks for a known problem... had several people look at it etc... extra testing etc... again I appreciate the effort but it was a known problem and a known problem with the patriots. So would have been much happier with an extra day or two once they got to the vehicle. I like the convenience of your shop but am increasingly dissatisfied over the last 10 years or so because everything takes so long now. Seriously considering taking vehicle to the Athens dealership for major repairs. Very satisfied with the bethlehem so, however.
