My Tale light did not need to be fixed I came home put my bulbs in it was fine . This has happened to me before . Never was told it needed fixing for $516.00 WOW . We bought our car in 2016 and a Mustang for our granddaughter on the same Day . We always was pleased with your service and Still will bring our car to Akins never had any trouble with it Best Car we ever had .I am not mad just want to let you know . Mr Hyde went above and beyond with the task of looking after my vehicle to ensure everything was top notch! He executed genuine concern to me with recently having undergone knee surgery the 28th of last month and making sure everything was covered concerning an electrical (possible) problem with a new key.

The text messaging process to inform a customer that their vehicle is ready has one flaw. I waited at the dealership for my vehicle. I received a text message that my vehicle was ready with the bill attached. I paid the bill via the app, checked out with the rep and cashier. After I arrived home I was contacted by a cashier to say I hadn’t paid the full bill due to a delay? I returned to the dealership to pay the remainder of the bill. If the entire bill isn’t ready, the app shouldn’t ask or accept payment.
