Customer service claim they couldn't locate vehicle unless I knew Joshua name, when she could have found out ,got out of line to get cell phone that I left in test drive vehicle to go back in and wait in line again but I remember his face and went outside to pay , I have never had this issue for the last 3 to 4 years I've been dealing with Akins feeling some type of way

I came in for an oil change & a diagnosis on a”Service Airbag System” prompt I’ve been getting every 2 minutes I drive. My service manager was able to get me an oil change “The Works” but couldn’t schedule an appointment for the airbag problem, he told me I had to call in to get an appointment. When I called and try to schedule an appointment, I was told that they had to talk to her supervisor and then I would get a call back before the end of the day because of how busy they were? I have never received a call back. Very disappointing since I bought the vehicle and warranty from Akins Ford.

This was the first time I've ever dropped off a vehicle after hours for a repair. I had to have it towed there to get it off the roadside. Steven kept me updated throughout the whole process. At first I thought it would be a long time before I got my truck repaired. There was a rental ready for Friday but he let me know Wednesday night after hours that the truck was ready. I was pleasantly surprised. The repair was very costly but he kept me informed the whole time. The shop was very busy but it appears that people are working overtime to get vehicles out. He answered all my questions and even helped with getting a payment plan at the end. A stressful situation was made an easy process. Thank you very much for getting my truck repaired quickly. I highly recommend Steve and Akins for any service needs.

I had originally brought the truck to mall of ga ford to get fixed and they said I needed a new motor to fix the problem… $10,000. Then I was referred to the technician Jake and he was able to get it fixed for 800$. Stephen was great and kept me up to speed as well! Very satisfied
