Zack was Very diligent, communicative and helpful. I will look for him next time. The only complain is I was not advise of my front brakes being on the red after my car was ready and my front brakes were done. This supposed to be done in the first inspection no after I was ready to leave. Other than that Akins Ford always had been my favorite dealer.
