ford and Akins knew you had problems with the death wobble. your lack of a recall or phone call to bring the truck in for inspection , almost caused me to wreck between to 18 wheelers . very disappointed you would put Erica in a position to defend fords incompetence.

I still don’t understand why y’all don’t provide a courtesy car wash after service. Just vacuum the driver and passenger seat and floor and a drive through exterior wash.
