I felt there was a tremendous amount of poor communication until I took it upon myself to track follow and monitor the progress of the service. I felt that excuses rather than solutions were provided, I felt addictional measures were not taken from the service end. Rental situation, sales team and wild Willies were all exceptional in the process.

I came in at 6:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Left two hours later needing an alignment because it was pulling hard left. I just recently had an alignment when I got new tires and it wasn’t pulling in either direction when I arrived for the oil change.
