The waiting room was freezing. Your staff is excellent and my service and vehicles I have purchased over the years have been excellent as well. I had my oil change and bought new tires and spent almost 1600.00 which I am not complaining about but could you please make the waiting area warmer. Thank you

The communication was very poor throughout the entire process. I was on multiple times that I would receive a call back and did not. The worst part was when I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready. I went and picked up my vehicle only to find out the the entire trunk covering was not reassembled. I had to bring the vehicle back to the shop. I spoke with Katie the assistant service manager and showed her the work and she apologized and had the vehicle immediately taken care of. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Atkins Ford. I’m truly very disappointed!
