The team looked at my truck the day it was brought in and Jonah explained clearly what was wrong with my truck and probable cause
The mechanics did an excellent job of diagnosing the several problems with my truck. It was complicated and they did special tests to fine the problems. They got my truck back to me one to two days early. Jonah was excellent in his communication skills and personal skills. Because of him I will be returning to Akins in the future for servicing my F150 3.5
