Every time I leave I have to come back and request tire pressure be corrected. Staff is great but that’s aggravating when you’ve been there for two hours already

For a one hour oil change it took almost three hours. Other than that it was fine. It was not the service writer fault because he asked the service manager how long it would take and was told one hour. I heard this from the service manager when he told the service writer on the radio. Every one else did a fine job.

My truck alarm went off again this morning and I have gotten several alerts already the back passenger’s door is ajar (even though it is completely closed). This happened the today and I got the truck back yesterday. Hopefully we can get it figured out or maybe y’all can just give me a different truck if I keep having the same electrical issues. Hope it’s not something more serious.

I am extremely thankful for the support of everyone that aided in restoring the steering to my truck. The reality is we are heading back to Alabama Christmas Day and then towing our 22,000 pound RV to Florida on the 1st. The steering would undoubtedly have failed as we returned and the best case is we would have been strained, the worst case we could have crashed and been seriously hurt, or worse. I legitimately own everyone involved a huge thanks and perhaps our lives. This is the best Christmas present I have ever gotten. Thank you for myself and my family.

I told them someone else patched my tire and it had a slow leak and to fix it. They said there was no leak on my paperwork after I read it when I got home. They should have talked to me after they finished. It takes about 3 days to leak down. It should have been repaired

Great customer/quality service. Akins Ford is probably the most impressive dealership I have seen. It’s one thing to sell a vehicle but you want to keep that customer for the service of the vehicle! I did not purchase my vehicle at Akins but to impress me to keep bringing my vehicle to Akins when I have probably 3 dealerships closer to me is great! Keep up the good work and great service!
