Towed my truck in tue morning and I got a call at 430 Friday it was getting finished up. 3 and a half days and 500.00 for a battery!!

It was a little different this time.
When I dropped off the vehicle, I did not sign anything and there was no confirmation of what was to be done.
I did not receive any text message confirmation that my vehicle had been dropped off. No text messages throughout the entire service experience.
No multi point inspection sheet, either online or in writing. I received a phone call from the service consultant towards the end of the day on Friday. He said that the vehicle was to be ready in about an hour and that he would call me when it’s finished.
I never received a phone call, so I just went in on Saturday to pick it up. It was ready.

This visit was fine., however, I do have to bring my truck back on the 31st for items that used to be checked/completed the same day, trans fluid change and check for hard shift. This will be the 3rd time on the 31st having my radio checked due to keep cutting off and buzzing. The first two times I was not charged for rental vehicle but I was charged a $100 deductible for an issue I now have to come back for again. I hope I won’t be charged for the loaner or another deductible. Thanks
