When I first received my car back I noticed that the tire pressure had not been officially checked for my tires. I went back to Ashton to mention my concerns about the air pressure. I’ve been a customer of Akins since 2000. I’ve bought 5 vehicles from Akins and have never had a bad experience. All my vehicles’ service is done at Akins. Service advisor Vanessa Easley had a porter take me home, kept me updated on the status of the factory recall repairs, called me when the repairs were complete, and had a porter bring the vehicle to house. Even though Akins has grown tremendously in the last 24 years, they’ve maintained the small town friendly atmosphere when dealing with the customers.
