The oil in my bronco was changed last week, but my skid plate covering my oil pan was not properly secured. It fell off; thankfully I was not driving and no one was hurt. I had to bring it back to your dealership. The bolts that hold the plate were missing and the ones that were left were loose. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. Another time I was charged for an oil change and the oil change was not performed. I just wanted to inform you of what is happening.

Let’s start by saying i do not like complaining. But during my visit I got my car back about an hour after I dropped it off. But after getting in I realized I did not get the sticker on the window to tell me when to come back. I also did not get a full diagnosis on how much break life , battery life, tire life etc. I’m from Arizona every time I left Earnhardt Ford I got a complete detailed list of everything they looked at. Not sure if that’s something your technician do but if they don’t I will lower my expectations so I do get disappointed. Also with all of that being said it la got me nerves that my truck did not get serviced properly.

When vehicle picked up a white substance was splattered down the drivers side doors as well as inside the cab of the pickup truck. Since service was closing I had to take my car to the car wash and pay to have it cleaned up. I would like my vehicle cleaned inside and out.
