I brought my truck in today for its routine service. I was informed that my truck was good to go no issues, however I noticed a taillight that was out that was not checked, or overlooked. I travel extensively for my job and I depend on these multi point inspections to ensure that my vehicle is in top operating condition. Truthfully very disappointed with this experience.

Michael was great! However, this is yet another time I’ve come to get my check engine light diagnosed and it can’t be fixed. Or there are no rental vehicles so that it can be left in order to be assessed. I spend a lot of money on my Jeep and it’s so frustrating and infuriating to only have had my Jeep for 1 year annd it was brand new and still having recalls and problems. I just want a Jeep that does what it’s supposed to when I need it to!!
