Sales rep called and told me that I would have to pay for repairs with out totally looking at my warranty’s that’s I had. Sent me into a panic!!
My front brakes were done on a recall and there is no record of it in my file!!! And I was Jn about a week prior and no one said anything about my front brake pads being as low as they were. As many of times that I have been in there someone should of said something prior! Some people do t totally looks at the reports that they give us when things are done. Mine did say it was in the middle but nothing like the rep told me it was

I made my appointment for a Wednesday and was advised to have my vehicle there at 7:45am the morning of the appointment, which I did. I inquired about the status of my truck late Thursday and advised that it had not even been looked at yet. I was advised that standard procedure is that it's typically 2-3 days after ones appointment that the vehicle gets into the shop. I was told that I should have been informed of that when making the appointment, which I was not. On Friday I informed Erica that I was picking up my truck Saturday am. She said that for one of the issues they needed to drive my truck for 20-30 miles and that had not been done yet. I said that's fine, forget it. I need my truck. When I picked up my truck Saturday am. I noticed by the odometer that it had been driven 20 miles but my paperwork said that the test drive was not done. Now today, Tuesday, I get a text stating my truck is available for pickup? What's going on there. Seems like there is no priority in working on customer vehicles in a timely manner. I'm now taking my truck to another place to have all other work completed. And I'm taking my Jeep to another place for new brakes and other things too. I'm very disappointed in my experience at your shop.
