Sorry to give negative feedback, but it was not a very good experience. I had called to make a warranty repair, had an appointment for over two weeks dropped it off last Monday 10/28 at 8:00am and never heard a word from anyone so I called Wednesday 10/30 to get an update, only to find out the car had not even been looked at. So I call back Thursday and was told they will probably drive it first thing Friday morning to try to replicate the issue. Meanwhile, I’m in a rental car. My car sat there for four days before it even got looked at, what was the purpose of having an appointment? I had three items wrong with 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and they fixed one and said the other two being the screen freezing up and having no power to use navigation or the radio, I was told it was a software update and I would be responsible for that price, and the sunvisor for the driver falls out if you pull it down. I was told when I dropped it off they’re having issues with that and I know for a fact that is true as I have several friends in the same thing as happened to the sunvisor , it’s actually a safety concern because you can’t use it because it falls out . Just not a good experience at all, I’m now looking at another dealership to try to get my car in to fix the two items that were not taken care of. I currently own three Jeep vehicles a 2019 jeep Wrangler 2018 Jeep Wrangler that was purchased from your showroom, and a 2018 jeep Grand Cherokee that was also purchased from your dealership.

My vehicle was at Akins Ford Dodge Jeep for over a week for a check engine light. I explained that a previous repair shop had done a diagnostic test & it came up that my Jeep needed a catalytic converter replacement. My appointed representative, Mr. Allen T was keeping in contact sporadically throughout the week via text. I had questions for him but he never answered them directly. I never had a call or text telling me when my vehicle would be looked at, the diagnostic tests done or when they would let me know what they found wrong. I then got a text from someone imitating Mr. Allen stating my vehicle was ready for pickup & all finished w/needed repairs?!? When I arrived to retrieve my Jeep w/questions as to why I was never told about my vehicle being seen or given consideration if I even wanted the repairs done-another representative answered….(not really) she was only interested in gossiping about how Mr. Allen was at work on Monday & Tuesday, had Wednesday off & was let go on Thursday?!? That was none of my business & had absolutely nothing to do with why my vehicle was not handled in a professional manner. Quite disappointing
