After more than one hour, advisor did come advise of some needed work, indicated would need to schedule it later. Advisor wrote in estimate totalling 1144.08 on invoice. After getting home, had to request insp report, which he promptly replied. Then in app it showed work they were seeking approval for, which was less than half the price he wrote in. So apparently never did initially send me the updated info seeking approval for work, but hand wrote in an estimate more than double the app work order indicated. On top of this, last service Akins just did not inspect rear brakes. When I inquired about what measurement was got call from the tech advising they don't check rear brake wear on drum brakes, but they did thus time? Result, apparently now almost metal to metal which could have been prevented had Akin made me aware at last service. Now have to park car and scramble to get serviced

I arrived at the dealership @ 6:30am. Brandon advised me of what was needing to be done to my vehicle. I advised him I would only get the breaks done at this time. He advised me it would take about 2 hours to complete. This was at 8:30am and I said okay. Two hours went by no one came to advise of the status of my vehicle. 11:00-11:30 no one still has come to advise of my vehicle!! Finally I went found Brandon and asked him of that status of my vehicle he advised me they ordered the wrong part for my car!! He advised they had to go to Gwinnett County to get the correct break pads. At this point I’m PISSED because no one came to let me know of that. When the work on my truck was finally completed and they finally brought my vehicle to me I get in my truck and my key is broken!! And it was oil stains smeared all over the door of my car and my seat ???????? I jumped out of my vehicle and told Brandon that someone has broken my key!! He went and got a Manager. The Manager advised me he will make me another key. I advised him that I bring my truck to Akins all the time and I have never experienced anything like this before. I advised him this was a horrible experience and I had been their since 6:30am and it was 12:00 noon and my truck still wasn’t completed!! He offered me a free oil change on my next oil change. I felt like he should have deducted half off my $600 invoice!! And for the time I spent at the dealership!! I was their from the time they opened until the time they closed on Saturday!! Akins weekend crew is gonna have to do better!! Sincerely, Lamonica C

Jonah was great The service people chipped the paint when removing the front grill on both sides Pretty poor as they would have seen that and did not note it. I showed the service advisor when picking it up

When my vehicle was returned to me it was not how it arrived for service. The front driver door panel looked as though someone spilled something on door panel. The front passenger seat was full reclined and had unknown substance on seat. The middle row seats had white substance ( powder on both seats and rear door floor jam. The exterior had bird droppings all over and had visible hand prints on the hood. I had to Take my car to a car wash. I had to clean interior with leather cleaner and windex to get the substance off. I do appreciate the loaner vehicle provided while the vehicle was worked on for 17 days.
