A Big Thank You To the New Shop Foreman and his assistant Vanessa E as well as the Entire Service Dept, The Parts Dept, Wild Willie’s Sales and Accessories Associates and let’s not Ever forget the hard working Management over the Entire Operation of the dealership, the warehouse employees, drivers, body shop crew, detailers and Any Office Staff Management that is over there as well as “the courtesy car” Dept. You All Have helped me with my vehicles since the Early 2000s. I first came to Akins Ford in 2003/2004 after I moved to Winder after high school. I got married and had beautiful children that are all grown except my sons are both teenagers. It’s Extremely Hard to Raise 2 boys Daily but they Deserve the World. You All Have made a difference in my families lives as well as Many others by seeing your smiling faces even when you’re tired or don’t feel like smiling. Seeing your smiling face is what keeps everyone coming back again and again. A Major Reason why Akins Ford and Most Fords Dealerships are a place close to my heart is because I bought My First New Car at the one in Tucker, Ga in 2004. I was only 19 going on 20 yrs old. An 04’ Red Ford Focus Base Model, crank windows up and down and basic accessories inside but everyone there were helpful with me and helped me get what I wanted and needed to take care of that me and that car. I was newly married at the time and about to have our son later that year in November. All In All I Highly Recommend for Anyone to Trust Akins Ford in Winder, Ga and it’s Affiliates Any Day. Michael was great throughout this repair. He kept us informed on all aspects. The only complaint I have is the inability to provide a rental vehicle when the repair was totally covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. I was told your rental fleet was totally out on rental. I even offered to get a rental car but would have the dealership pay for it. I was told that would not be possible.

They didn’t solve the wind noise issue on my 2024 Bronco. It apparently too common on the new Bronco!. Would recommend adding or changing the weatherstrip on the rear roof panel! I can hear the radio when driving @ 70 MPH on the Interstate! Please advise me when & if Ford has a fix! Thanks!
