Car was in service for 8 business days and the communication was terrible. Never got updates at all. Had to call in and find my service advisor. Very hard to find. When he did call me back, had little information telling me how busy his day was and how hot it was in the shop. Called few days later to check on car and his computer was down. Called back and he said they may can look at the car soon. Finally the day came where in believe they looked at it and said since it had a couple modifications they can’t really do anything to it and suggested tuner shop. Would have been nice to know this 9 days ago. Basically lost two weeks and hoping for expert advice about the check engine light.

The service adviso that I ended up with did not keep me apprised of what was going on with my vehicle and so I sat there for well over an hour before I found out anything. Thankfully I was able to get new brakes put on my vehicle but nothing else was able to be done because you only do oil changes for the most part on a saturday. You may need to be checking out my brakes because they seem to be squealing
