I made an appointment so I could get my oil changed during my lunch break. I was told it should be 90 minutes or less. It took 110 minutes for a 10 minute oil change. I understand there may be other vehicles in front of mine but in my case the longer I wait the less money I make. Just was feeling frustrated today.

I purchased a jeep recently and I had an issue with my thermostat in May 2023. Jerome was extremely efficient and courteous and he dealt with the issue responsibly my jeep was fixed within 24 hours. I came back today to have an issue with my wipers handled and my oil changed, and I dealt with Jerome once again, and he was all of the above. I will be bringing my jeep back in to have the issue fixed and would be happy to deal with Jerome.

I was satisfied except that it took a long time to get serviced. Part of that was because when I arrived there was no one to check me in. That took 15 minutes and they did not come into the waiting room to ask about my truck parked in the service bay. After waiting 15 minutes, I went outside to find someone to check me in and saw that my truck had been moved out of the service bay and parked.This was t I know sometimes these things do happen. I just thought that someone should have come inside to find the owner instead of me finding them.
