Jacob was efficient and friendly. The car was done by the time it was supposed to be and there were no surprise charges. Overall very pleased with the service.

Whatever technician worked on my car destroyed my glove box and didn't even put the locking lug nut back in the bag. Just tossed it in there and stuffed everything back in. I cleaned my glove box and organized it before going in so this wouldn't happen.
