I thought I had made an online appointment earlier in the week. I went in and there was nothing on the schedule, no confirmation on my end. Totally my fault. Audrey got me in and out for an oil change in under an hour. Will return for all my service simply for not turning me away because of a scheduling misunderstanding on my end. Thanks!!

You charged me $16.50 for shop materials. when I asked what exactly that was she said gloves and rags. How many gloves and rags got used on a one axle brake job? I will never go back there to purchase or have work done. I am going to put this experience on social media as well.
