I feel very confident when I go there. I went to Josh specifically today and sincerely appreciate his help and the diagnosis of the other techs. Absolutely nothing could have been done better! Previously, Josh was extremely helpful in selecting my replacement tires. He could not have been more professional.
I also spoke with AJ in the sales deportment today. He sold me my Ranger. Great guy!

I was told my vehicle was under warranty and diagnostics would be covered under that. I was charged $150 after the work was done instead of being called upfront and told that it was not actually covered under the warranty because your specific office does not except the two warranty packages that I have on my vehicle. Then it was l dropped off and parked in a handicap parking spot at the hospital that I work for with my hospital employee sticker on the dashboard. I DONT HAVE A HANDICAP PLACARD!
