Autumn was awesome, very prompt in returning my calls, wonderful to work with. I called on Saturday spoke to a gentleman and asked to have an oil change added to my service. It was not done! They offered to do the oil change while I was there picking it up. After driving for 45 minutes to get there and with a 45 minute drive to get home I did not have time due to farm chores needing to be done. Very disappointed to now have to make an appointment, drive 45 minutes, wait 1-2 hours, and drive back home for 45 minutes. It is hard to schedule 3.5 hours for an oil change. Sorry for venting. Autumn was really great and I will recommend her to others. I will also tell everyone to talk to her only, not the guy who did not do his job. Thank You! The truck is running great!

Overall great service, I appreciated the complimentary delivery pickup and drop off, but some small gaps in communication errors between technician and service advisor led to longer delays getting my car back at the end of the job.

We brought our 2015 Ford Edge to get a check engine light checked and fixed as well as get the plastic trim in front of the sun roof replaced as it was cracked. We were notified that our car was fixed and came in on a Sat morning to pick it up. When we looked at the trim piece we noticed damage on the metal that is on the edge of that trim piece. We showed it to the service manager and he took photos and said he’d check with the service tech on Monday. As my wife drove off she noticed the check engine light was still on so turned around and took it back to your dealership. We had to leave the car again. The next week your service manager called and said our car was done. He stated the service tech told him the damage to the metal by the trim was already there before he began work. Both my wife and I had looked at that trim piece right before we brought the car in because we wanted to try to see how it may have broken. We didn’t see any damage nor did the service tech take any photos before he removed the old trim. So the service manager said we would not be charged for the labor on either repair and that the check engine light was for a different sensor which he replaced only charging for the part. We realize things happen but we also expect to be fully informed about what is going on with our car. The service manager also said he would have his paint guy touch up the damaged metal and that is scheduled for Dec 18. So we do feel the service manager has tried to make things right and while that is appreciated our concern is how do we trust future repairs with your dealership based on our experience. We have felt in the past bringing to the dealership gives us highly trained and ethical staff but I think you can see why we may question that.
