The plastic molding around the gear shift box was broken during the part exchange. Also, this was supposed to be a mobile part exchange and turned into me taking it to the shop and it taking nearly half a day. Not that it's a huge deal, but don't provide mobile services if you can't fulfill that. They did provide a lender since I didn't have a vehicle for almost a full day. I probably won't come back for future services.

I see the money-sucking Capital City Ford operation has infested what once was a quality service department. Had I just gone with your game plan, I would have forked over $2600 in just two visits. I have received at total of a 1% raise in my pension since I retired in 2014. I bought my car there, it has been serviced there. And now, customer loyalty means zero.
