My understanding was that the Tech working on my vehicle was pulled that job to work on a higher paying job that was unscheduled which delayed my vehicle. That is and was unacceptable.This violates money over customer loyalty and one who always gives outstanding reviews.Ed Rihn

Josh was good. Friendly & patient. He also communicates well. Your prices are ridiculous though. I came here out of convenience because we moved 45 minutes from the ASE certified shop we used for 15 years. $277 for diagnostics?!?! $2000 to complete work (which wasnt guaranteed to fix an oil leak...my old mechanic was upfront about the possibility of the leak not being resolved). I completely respect his honesty. I called the old ASE shop that I moved away from & got a quote for the same work...$1000. I'll make the drive for the reliability & price. It's honestly some of the most reliable & solid work I have experienced in my 30 years of car ownership. I do feel compelled to share my pricing experience in my social group & as a Google contributor. I think it's only right to share transparency with "shop costs" & my diagnostic cost experience so that others can make informed decisions. I should have asked. It's on me for assuming costs would be around $100. I didnt realize it was going to be per diagnostic because I just honestly have never experienced such extraordinary prices. I dont expect free but I do expect reasonable. I also use Pearson Ford occassionally for my 2 of 3 Ford other vehicles. They are considerably more reasonable also. Lastly, this was my 2nd visit to Capitol. I visited previously with my 2017 Explorer. Despite showing up to find out the SA didnt actually schedule my appt, when I got home after my oil change I had a huge puddle of oil under my car. My husband had to fix the error & top off the fluid. 2 strikes are enough for me. I realize this feedback will do nothing for consideration of pricing change but if my social feedback helps others to consider more options for a better value then it will be time well spent.

Yes, overall I was pleased with the service. Audrey was much more attentive to my service for truck than the original service writer. I had brought my truck in for (2) items, a defective window switch and a recall notice. I was told when I first got there they were not addressing the recall unless the wipers were inoperable. When I was notified that my truck was done I came in to pick it up. Audrey stated she could have a technician look at it and then was notified they had parts and could replace the defective part. I left the truck and the work was completed quickly. I was very pleased how Audrey stepped and took care of things.

Your team was very helpful I. Big guy that I first talked to seemed ok but blunt if had a lit talking to by the man that put the wheel balance aperatis on the wheels you would be completely fine don’t want to get him in trouble but the job he has first person to meet the customers he needs a lit more person to person experience hope has not been there to long or it mite take a while to motivate him the service manager I think that who he was did not introduce himself or say welcome to captable city ford needs s a lit push he be fine he said what do you need done I was holding that ford paper I’ll buy from capital city.
