I greatly appreciate the detailed report. I have a hard time believing a bolt can cost $20+.
I'm mostly frustrated that it wasn't explained to my son why it would cost so much for the repairs,
I could never get anything but the runaround when calling in to see why it was taking so long.
I am the Snap-on man's daughter. I'm not stupid.
"The lady working your order isn't here today." That was my favorite.
I also feel that Hubler probably knew about the problem when they sold my son the vehicle. But I chalk that up to lessons a son needs to learn.
I was also offered a small discount of I believe $40 that never appeared. There's definitely a need for improvement in communications.

Everyone there was very nice. Just wondering why a 2016 Ford would need a New motor with the low mileage it has on it!! I think Ford should or could have figured out why this has happened. It’s had several recalls and I truly believe it’s fords issue I shouldn’t as a customer have to deal with a 8k problem on this
