Tried calling multiple times prior to my appointment to confirm the work could be done with nobody to talk to. On one attempt I left a voice message on the service line that I was transferred to. On another attempt, transferred to service, no pick up. Another attempt, I was on hold for over 30 minutes with nobody picking up. Sara is fabulous and have never had an issue with her. Honestly, others should be like Sara while at work. There was a drop in communication somewhere and/or the phone service ****.

I will say courtney from service was an absolute blessing. Other than that it was a train reck and 5 months of fighting just to have my van bought back. Thankfully the loan was paid off but I am out $5000 for a van I got to drive for 3 weeks out of the 5 months. The rest of the time it was broke or in your shop!
