They told me that as my control key did not have the toyota sign, they could not fix it.
Inatead of offering solutions or just change the battery and try out, they told me that they can change the key and they would charge me 300 dollars.
It was evident that instead of wanting to help they wanted to charge, my control key has been working since I bought the car, and when I tried to change the battery at autozone they changed it and it dis not work, I was really hoping at Toyota they could help me but they didn't.
And for the cherry on top they charged me the 75 foe nothing.

I brought my car in because I heard it making a noise paid $75 to have it inspected to see what was wrong with my car. Received a call and gave them the OK to fix what they found was wrong with it picked my car up the next day and it was still making the same noise so I brought it back the next day and was told something else was broken and that my car needed $1600 worth of work, but they missed it and did not see what was broken with it the day before when they supposedly inspected my car at a certified Toyota dealership. Leaving me to believe a part on my car was replaced that didn’t need to be replaced. if the technician had been doing their job and not been negligent , they would’ve seen that my car needed all of that work The first time it was inspected not even 24 hours ago when I paid the $75 I will never take my car to this Toyota dealership again service manager is a joke trying to excuse their worker’s negligence and make excuses for them somehow not seeing that it needed all that work done just the day before and then tried to lie and say it was test driven when the front desk lady drove in the car with me and heard it before we even made it out of the parking lot.

You had our vehicle for over two weeks for what we assumed would’ve a simple fix. We were not kept updated in progress and had to stop in multiple times for updates. We were not offered a vehicle to drive until next to last day and then told you didn’t have any for us to use. For being without our primary vehicle for 16 days was a tremendous inconvenience and then to face almost $700 in labor…wow-overwhelming f
