I’m happy with the service and will be back. I thought it was strange that my registration/insurance was on my dashboard when I hot into my vehicle though.

As always I received excellent friendly and fast service from all the personnel at Sunshine Toyota. The service manager also greeted me today and verified with me the type of service that I was having performed on my Camry today before taking it to the service station for the wheel alignment.

When giving an appointment time be clear as whether it is a drop off time or a time when work will be completed.
When told that the client will be waiting for work to be done be aware of time line to complete and inform the client so as to be able to make a more informed decision.
Don’t tell the client to have a cup of coffee while they do the work and then not begin for 1-1/2 hours.
