I’ve had two contacts with Sarah in the last two weeks. On both occasions she scheduled my appointment at a time that was convenient for me. On both occasions she was very pleasant on the phone, as she was in person. On September 19 I took my car to Sunshine Toyota For a brake and rotor job. After a short period of time, Sarah brought me a quote on the price to fix it, and I told her to go ahead with the job. The job is going to be a rather lengthy one, so Chris, the service manager offered me a car. I declined the offer, but it was a nice gesture. On the 19th as well as on the first, the work was done in a timely manner, and on both occasions Sarah kept me informed of the progress. I have never had a bad experience with the service department at Sunshine Toyota. Both Sarah and Chris have always been very polite and professional. They greet me by name when I arrive. Jeff usually does my oil change and service. He always makes personal contact with me to let me know that everything looks OK, or maybe there’s something that looks like it may need a repair in the future. I am very satisfied with the service department in Sunshine Toyota. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I also completed this was talk to type. Did tire rotation on my Toyota tundra took about a 1/2 hour in and out.

I would never take my car anywhere else. Customer service both from service staff (very friendly & informative)& technician staff is second to one. I have always felt that you put customers first.
