We’ve been waiting over eight months for our second key for our Toyota grand Highlander. Received a letter in the mail stating that the key was ready at the dealership for programming, when the appointment was scheduled, we arrived to find out that there was no keys available. I had taken time off of work to make the appointment work for our schedule. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication from sunshine Toyota.

It used to be: arrive in garage and the service people would ‘welcome you or at least acknowledge you were standing there; who was going to be your representative?!
When finished: it used to be the service rep would go over the ticket and let you know how the car faired. Perhaps keep an eye out for this or that issue! Or, car looks great; You’re doing a good job keeping up this your vehicle! And alway washed/rinsed your car. Always had paper mat to help keep carpet from being soiled by mechanic!!

Part of my scheduled appointment was to have recall work done. It wasn’t done. Parts were not there. I was told “sometimes things happen”. I think someone forgot to order the parts. Now I have to make another 90 mile round trip plus 3 hour time commitment back to the dealership to get it done. It would have been better if Sara was transparent about what happened and tried to make it right.
