I was never contacted about a timetable of the repair or what caused the catastrophic engine failure. At no time did anyone from sunshine reach out to us except when the car was repaired. No one let the Tyler Bloomfield our salesman know about the issue, my wife did. I find that strange. I feel Toyota and Sunshine have lost my trust in their product and I regret giving them my business. I was not communicated with in this process but Toyota had no problem sending me a car payment for over $600. I know these things happen but your company and dealership have lost my trust. This automobile has already been to your service department 3 times. You’ve had my car twice as long as I have. Sincerely Josh Lessig

Had an appointment for 9:30am. My vehicle was finally serviced at 10:40am and took 15 minutes. I was told at 11:03 am my car was finally ready My tires weren’t rotated. No one bothered to inform me that they were running over an hour late. I had to pick up my son from school at 10:50 AM. I was unable to so I had to call my wife who had to leave WORK to go get our son and bring him to the Toyota dealership for me. We set an appointment in advance several days prior to have our car serviced at 9:30 AM. If there was a problem, someone could’ve communicated with us when we got there at 9:30 and said hey we’re running an hour behind. Do you still want to wait or reschedule? I mentioned it to a few of the salesman upfront and was offered a free next oil change however you only didn’t you lose our business in the maintenance department. We will never buy another vehicle from the dealership ever again. I’m filing a formal complaint with Toyota and the Better Business Bureau and on social media as this is beyond ridiculous to have to wait an hour and 10 minutes for the appointment that I booked in advance and had to bother my wife to leave work to go pick up our other son I’m beyond livid. I schedule my appointments through the day. Apparently Battle Creek Toyota does things whatever they want to willy-nilly and appointments apparently don’t matter. When I mentioned this at the end of the service, the girl says Sorry which was not a real apology. I told her if she’s really sorry she could instead of charging me $73 and change for the appointment today. She could comp me the service today. That never transpired, and never was even offered or thought of. Why do you offer people appointments when you don’t honor them? I have other things to do in my life besides waiting an hour and 10 minutes for someone to finally decide they’re gonna pull my car in. I’m a disabled veteran with limited mobility and time away from home is very precious to me. I’m appalled that a business would treat someone in this manner and not respect an appointment when I showed up on time and I was there on time. So again, no problem I got the message loud and clear you do not want my business and to go elsewhere. I will try my best to ensure other people follow.
