Made appt to have recall completed and tire sensors checked.
Left the car for the entire day and had to check in the morning the next day for an update only to find out that nothing was completed. Now have to make another appointment to get recall work done.

Although the service was satisfactory, I was not served by Alysa Clines. I was checked in by a gentleman. HE handled the entire service transaction. The person who deserves the credit was HIM. UNFORTUNATELY, HIS name does not appear on the copy of the work order receipt I was given.
