I was charged additional $23 for labor when they recommended my cabin air filter be replaced. Removal of the cabin air filter is part of the standard inspection process with the oil change. It is literally 60 seconds of labor to do this work. How many other customers know this occurs and they are over charged? I’m very dissatisfied with this and would like to know what your customer service is going to do to remedy the situation. I’ve purchased over $120k in vehicles from sunshine over the last 5 years.
