Really wish they would’ve checked the antifreeze on the service. I understand people get busy, but it makes me feel like bare minimum was done. I dropped it off the night before. They had all day to work on it. I know it was a tire rotation on the service with no oil change. But now it makes me want to check the torque on the tires.

Found following a tire change 1 lug nut stuck out a half inch more than the rest. Called service department and was unable to reach anyone. Left voice mail. Tried to tighten to save a trip back to the service department but it will not tighten or loosen but a half turn. Checked a few others on the same wheel and they were hand tight. Called service department again but no answer and off to voice mail.
