On the way back across country, another ignition coil went out, this time, again, just a few miles from Battle Creek. Sara and Chris were dynamite, assessing the situation and making swift repairs, so I could get back on the road. Provided care and communication you rarely see at a dealership. I would like to thank Sara and the entire team foer helping us with an ignition coil issue. I was traveling across country and my car started sputtering with the check engine light coming on just 11 miles away from Sunshine Toyota. Glad that's when it decided to start acting up! Sally was wonderful in getting me connected to the service department and Sara guided me through how to safely get to the shop and what to watch for along the way. Even though it was a busy customer day, the team fit me into their schedule and helped me safely get on my way. I truly appreciate Sara's care through the whole process. Sally also stopped out into the lounge to personally make sure we had arrived safely. The lounge was warm and inviting and all the team members we interacted with were very kind.
