Sara & service was great. The vibration seems to be gone. I was suspicious of the alignment as it was pulled up on a wrecker at an angle where the front drivers side tire kept being pressured against the side of the wrecker bed., as a result of the engine failure. Thus I expected it to be covered. I also thought it would have been more out of alignment.

I took my Rav4 Hybrid in for a transmission and trans axle fluid change and had the pleasure of Sara Miles as my service coordinator. Even though it was a routine low cost service, I felt she gave me the same attention as someone spending thousands of dollars. It was great communication from start to finish, she hooked me up with a great loaner car, and the final price was a little lower than was originally quoted (of which was 25% lower than Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo). Stephen Lacy was the service technician and he left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off and even honored my request to pull and save me a sample of the old fluid. Even though I live in Kalamazoo, I will drive 30 miles out of my way to Sunshine Toyota for any future needs!
