Truck was in to get its 10k Mike service. The oil was changed but the tire rotation was not done. Having to take the truck back again tomorrow. Spoke to Chris the service manager and he was very helpful and is driving out tomorrow to pick it up. Just really would like to ensure everything is being looked at when it is in for service.

I don’t think I got the priority I deserved with repair of my truck. I waited for 3 weeks for the insurance company to issue a check, which was bad enough but then for the dealership put off the repair for another week when the repair only took 4 hours was inexcusable.
